2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Willow Creek Vineyard

This vintage brings us aromas of anise, tobacco leaf, and black currant.  Hints of baking spices, cedar, black cherry, and plum on the palette.  From our estate vineyard planted establish in 1997 on the westside mountains of Paso Robles and grown in calcareous limestone soils.  Providing full bodied tannins and bright red fruit acidity.
