2018 Tannat, Allegretto Vineyard

Offering aromas of black currants, licorice, leather and smokey cigar box.  Blackberries, red plum, and cardamom on the palate with robust massaged tannins and bright acidity.  Tannat craves to be paired with smoky and spicy meaty dishes like braised short ribs, lamb osso buco or savory wild mushrooms.
