2020 Heart of the Vibe, Paso Robles

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah speaks to the harmonic blending that follows many of the disciplines associated with the symphonic composition of music. A traditional, yet rarely seen blending of these two varietals gives us a wine with the structure and age ability of a fine Cabernet Sauvignon combined with the mid pallet fruit and roundness that so well balances the Syrah's firmness. Vintage 2020 gave us wines that are forward, lush, and an overall delight, therefore accentuating the forward fruit characteristics  that are inherent in this blend. Savory aromas of red currant and raspberry lead into mouth-filling flavors of black currant, cedar and plum. All of which are beautifully enhanced and rounded by aging in 43% new French oak barrels. Enabling this showy wine to be enjoyed now or through 2030.
