2021 Della Vita, Allegretto Vineyard

This newly released Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our estate Allegretto Vineyard planted on our resort property, in the PASO ROBLES, ESTRELLA DISTRICT, which is comprised of deep alluvial soil like that of Napa Valley.  We describe this as a classic valley floor, rich, deep, earthy rendition. This varietal and these soil types form a perfect union, giving us the familiar and highly prized classic aromas of cassis, dark berries, and freshly turned soil. This full-bodied beauty hits the mark with rich and decadent flavors of mixed berries compote, cedar, and just the right amount of new oak.
