2021 Heart of the Vine

This deeply pigmented lustrous beauty draws you in to discover a multitude of aromas, flavors, and depths of enjoyment. Cassis, plum, balsam, and Paso Robles rock soils, are all on display in the aromatic profile. Aged in new French oak, the Cabernet Sauvignon shares the stage with the estate grown Malbec and Tannat.  The Malbec adds dark fruit flavors and smooth chocolaty finish and the Tannat adds smoky earthy tannins. This serious, full-bodied wine delivers for fans of power and intensity as a drink now experience, and will evolve in the cellar through 2033.
