2022 Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands

Our 2022 Pinot Noir  is from the desirable Santa Lucia Highlands AVA in Monterey County. This varietal flourishes in the cool weather of the Monterey coast. Aged in 75% new French oak for 20 months, our Pinot Noir has cool weather medium acidity, and minerality. Offering herbaceous aromas of red cherry, currants and mushrooms.  Rich and silky finish on the tongue with hints of vanilla, black pepper and clove.  Pair this with seared salmon, roasted duck, or mushroom risotto.
