2023 Cello Red Wine Blend

Our newly released Cello Red Wine Blend consists of 50% Tempranillo, 27% Tannat, 10% Grenache, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, and 3% Cab Franc.  Bright aromas of red berries, plum, and cherry compote open into a gently spiced, earthy nose. The palate is juicy and smooth—ripe red and dark fruit intertwines with soft, supple tannins that coat the mouth without grip. Medium-bodied and fruit-forward, it finishes clean. The texture feels both approachable and polished, reflecting Paso Robles’ warm days and cool nights that preserve acid while amplifying ripeness.
