2023 Viognier

This full-bodied Viognier exudes rich, exotic honeysuckle aromas followed by hints of melon and peachy flavors and a dry finish.  Sourced from the Templeton Gap AVA in Paso Robles and aged in 29% new French oak for 8 months.  Serve with spicy Thai noodles or fresh crispy crab cakes.  The perfect white wine throughout the year!
