2024 Birdsong Reserve Chardonnay

Our reserve Chardonnay is from the esteemed Santa Lucia Highlands AVA in Monterey California. This elegant, refined, and noble Chardonnay displays all the characteristics and attributes for which this world-famous region is well known. Crystal clear aromatics of fig, melon and white peach with touches of citrus zest. This leads into a bright, vibrant, juicy mouthfeel with soft honey notes. All these aromas and flavors are gently caressed by the judicious use of the finest French oak Saury barrels; 18 months aging. Full ML (Malolactic Fermentation) secondary fermentation is complete.
