The Italian varetial, Vermentino, is the vacation vino of choice along the Italian riviera of northwest Italy.  The Viognier exudes exotic honeysuckle aromas followed by hints of melon and peachy flavors.  While the Vermentino keeps things bright and lively with lime and creamy tangerine notes. A dry finish with a kiss of salinity. Aged in combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak.
